FALL CONDITIONING

These camps will provide players an opportunity to get ready for the upcoming hockey season through ice sessions designed to get their hands, legs and conditioning back after the summer in preparation for try outs. Each ice session will feature high tempo drills with minimal time spent on instruction, therefore basic skills are required. This is not a skills camp. These camps will be fast paced and intended to improve players’ physical conditioning!

If interested in attending please fill out registration form on the website and I will send you a confirmation that I have received and mark them down. Last year it filled up quick and had to turn players away so get your registrations in… Goalies pay $50.00 and the first two that I have signed up will be in. Prices are as follows and can be paid by:

Initiation- Mostly Power Skating, basic puck skills/ groups are kept small.

Novice- Power skating, skills and drills.

Atom- drills, scrimmage, conditioning

Pee Wee- drills, scrimmage, conditioning

Bantam- drills, scrimmage, conditioning

Midget-drills, scrimmage, conditioning
